About Us

The Allen's

Our crazy little family consists of my husband Shane, Lauren - the 4 year old, Aiden - the almost 2 year old, and me. Shane and I were both raised locally and after spending the first couple of years of married life on the east coast, we came back to the Pacific Northwest to put down roots. 

I almost forgot to mention our furry children: Kona, our German Shepard, and Big 'ol Mama, our cat (long story for another time!) Love them!

We are busy, busy, busy just like every other family and I enjoy taking a break from time to time for a little "pin therapy." Pinterest is a great spot to find new recipes and craft ideas and it's been a lot of fun trying them. I created this blog because I wanted to share these new things with my family and friends and enlist their help deciding what to make next!

Each week, I post four options to be voted on - by you! They usually fall into the food category, but I try to throw in a few craft projects here and there. At the end of each week, I post the winner, then make it and let you know how it turned out.
